CertiPay is currently looking for a full-time, non-contract, mid to senior-level software developer for an expanding team that is responsible for enterprise applications for a growing payroll services company. The position requires a nimble and agile individual who not only possess the hard skills and talent to develop software, but also the soft skills capable of navigating various levels of engagement that define the types of projects the enterprise team deal with on a daily basis.

No contract developers. Work from home flexibility, but must be able to meet in the office a few times per year.

Minimum 2 years of experience in these areas:

• Analyzing business/client issues with stakeholders
• Designing/architecting solutions with modern techniques and practices
• Building/testing solutions with modern tools and techniques
• Debugging/maintaining solutions

Experience with these technologies:

• .Net Framework 4.5+, .Net Core 2+
• ASP.Net MVC and WebAPI
• MS SQL Server
• Html 5, CSS 3, and JS
• EF or similar ORM
• Job batching/service building (FluentScheduler, Quartz, HangFire)

Some experience with:

• Best practices for .Net solutions
• Source control such as GitHub, Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps
• Task tracking systems such as Trello, Jira, Azure DevOps
