In the Outside Sales position, you will identify and cultivate new prospects in the business segment of 1 to 100 employees. You will be introduced to established business referral partners within a set of business verticals to further develop and foster these relationships. You can earn unlimited income commensurate with your sales efforts.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Discover a company's needs from a consultative perspective
- Develop new business referral partners to expand your network
- Foster current business referral partner relationships as a trusted advisor
- Achieve sales goals through custom tailored solutions
- Execute multi-point sales strategy: business referral partner development, vertical target marketing entrenchment, vendor partner development, cold call prospecting, etc.
- Perform any directly related appropriate duties assigned by the sales manager
- Update all activities in CRM
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- BA or 2+ years' experience in Business to Business sales or equivalent military experience
- Minimum of 1 year of outside or inside business-to-business sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, well organized
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft products.
- Willingness to travel on a regional basis, not extensively
- Ability to drive your own automobile within your territory
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-Starter capable of building a trusted advisor network and gain access to prospect opportunities
- Ability to sell non-commercial brand of service
- Extensive previous experience with a CRM
- Experience with sales quota driven results
- Business-to-business experience
